The            Behind the Studio

The Haus of Om was built on the foundation of my personal evolution and professional background in marketing & visual communications. Since leaving my corporate job in 2019, sound healing and yoga have become powerful tools in helping me reconnect with my body, my voice, and my purpose.

 

In June 2024, I deepened my practice by taking on a 600hr yoga teacher training program at SWIHA, and for the first studio class I taught, I invited students to reflect on the question:

That same night, I downloaded a clear vision to support my new peers on their path of becoming in the same way I had supported executives and their companies for the past 25 years.

That moment planted the seed for what would become The Haus of Om.

​

This is a fresh chapter that brings together all parts of me: the strategist, the storyteller, the creative, the seeker. 

​

I’m excited and ready to serve the wellness community with everything that I am, while offering creative insight and conscious strategy to help us rise, evolve, and lead with purpose.
